Theme Paragraph for "Do Not go Gentle into that good night"

In the Poem "Do Not go Gentle into that good night"-by: Dylan Thomas, the author seems to be expressing a general theme of Death. Firstly, death is brought into the poem in a few fashions: a character worrying too much about dieing, a character being arrogant and then the sudden realisation of death, old men who think they should have done better before they died, and characters who look up at the dead and ask judgement upon themselves. Quite clearly there is a large emphasis on death in the poem. The theme in this poem also sends a message to the reader to live your life and accept that death is a part of life. Therefor my theme statement for the poem "Do Not go Gentle into that good night" is, death is a tool in the mind that passes judgement on an individual, and the individual will determine the judge.
